DESCRIPTION:Bring a friend or two on a bucket list destination and come to the first annual Mount Washington Book Ball! With over 50 romance/fantasy authors and 20 fun and unique vendors\, this is sure to be a dream weekend for any reader! Being one of the most sought after resorts in New England\, the Mountain Grand View Resort & Spa has also extended the discounted room rate offered to the vendors to you! (room rate has been dropped from TBD – sharing a room is the way to go!) \nSaturday we will open the event at 11am and you will be able to meet authors\, SHOP\, and attend fun panels and games\, all the while being in a magical setting built for royalty (literally). At 6pm the vendor portion will close for the night and those attending the dinner will be escorted to the Ball Room for a delicous meal followed by music\, mingling and drinks! A perfect way for you to meet the authors on a more personal level. \nSunday we will open at 11 and you will have a few more hours to snag anything you may have missed the day before and visit an author’s table you met during the party. The raffle winners will be announced at 3pm on Sunday and you will NOT want to miss that! 100% of the proceeds of the book raffle will be donated to the Doug Flutie Foundation to support families and schools living with autism. The entire event ends at 4pm. \nThere is a lovely breakfast buffet offered at the hotel for $30 per person roughly.
